Photos were close to what it actually looks like, although the building is old and showing signs of wear and tear. Appliances (except microwave) are very old. Problem with ice maker so we used the old fill them with water yourself trays. Dryer has major issues. Positive note is that the management company, Gulf2Beach, was very responsive and sent someone out quickly for the 3-4 issues we had. They made it right. Would be even better if owner actually replaced the appliances.

The place is just as described. The location is perfect, couldn't ask for a better spot, out the door and onto the beach. Condo was nice, only thing, the building is old and needs some TLC.

Awesome location in orange beach! Beautiful beach front condo with plenty of space for 8 of us. Easy walk to the florabama and quick Uber over to the wharf for concerts, shopping, bars and restaurants. Will definitely look to stay again the next time I plan a “staycation” from my home in Pensacola.

Exactly what we needed! This was my mom and Grandma's first time at the beach, so we splurged for a great view RIGHT ON THE WATER. This place had a beautiful view from the wrap around balcony! We had 5 women in a 3 bdrm, 3ba condo and felt very comfortable and at home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, & blankets. We did have to play with the shower water temp before getting it right, but it was fine. We also had to buy any kind of grocery we needed including coffee filters and more laundry detergent because they do not provide this. Otherwise, worth every penny! The elevators were very warm, but it was better than my Grandma having to take the stairs. Several places i looked at prior to this did not have elevators. I was mainly in contact with the building manager, Vivian, who is super sweet, very responsive, and extremely helpful. She even called after our stay to let us know we might've left keys. We didn't, but i appreciated the call. We'll look out for this place if we return!
