The down stairs has 2 primary suites with 2 private baths and a 1/2 bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom is a primary suite with a private bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bath. The half-bath is downstairs. Maximum capacity is 10. There are amenities such as a pool table--ping-pong-table--Cornhole/bean bag toss--baby gates--high chair--pack-n-play--and a private swimming pool and pool towels. The pool is saltwater instead of chlorine. There is an outside gas grill(renter responsible for refills). In the kitchen, there is a Keurig Coffee Maker. Pool Schedule: Opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes October 1st each year. This is a pet friendly property, limit of 1 pet; pet must be approved. 35 pounds max weight with pet fee.
