Sadly, this unit did not live up to our expectations. When we entered the unit, it was dirty. The floors were sticky and had sand all over the unit. I understand that the unit is beachfront but we have stayed at several location in the GS/OB area. We have never had dirty floors like this. They simply weren’t cleaned. When it was reported, there was no care taken. “You never can get all the sand up.” Was the excuse given when reported. Secondly, the spare bedroom had a closet door off and full-length mirror cracked. When reported, staff said, “We will get maintenance up there today.” A week went by with no fix. Lastly, when paying as much for these units, usually there are ample cooking utensils. This unit had barely anything to cook with. The kitchen needs more pans/Tupperware type containers for people to use during their stay. Again, I understand it’s a rental, but for the price paid, the owner could spring for some covered dishes. Overall very disappointed in 411. Do better.

Beautiful surroundings with gulf views from main living area and master bedroom. Host is very responsive. Send someone to fix the sliding closet door and the whole thing got taken care within 30 minutes of letting him know.

Great responsiveness with host. Very clean. Walking distance to the Hangout and other restaurants. Elevators are fast. Highly recommend.

We were a family of 7 people (adults and older teenagers). The location was great. Close enough to the main part of town but far enough away that you did not hear the music late at night. The bunk bed room is a bit small. Everything else exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this place.
