Great communication with host. House was clean and neat, will definitely book again.

It was amazing everything but the tvs we had a lot of trouble with the last two rooms no one got to watch tv at night…. The tvs or the hdmi boxes don’t work the guy came out to fix them but we wasn’t home and we don’t know what he did but on the other hand everything was on point great location in between owa zoo and beach’s and go cart tracks

Solid place to stay for hangout fest.

The condo looked just like it was on the picture. It was very clean and was in a nice location. It was 5 minutes away from Tropic Falls and 15 minutes away from Gulf Shore beach.

Great place to stay

First off, everything was as described! We had an absolute great time visiting this area. We came to visit the indoor water park and amusement park. However, our issue was the cleanliness! This house looked clean on a surface level. Once we got in there with 3 toddlers and an adolescent, we noticed how horribly dirty their feet were after walking on the floor. You could tell that the floors either were not mopped or mopped with a extremely dirty mop. I had to go out and buy everyone socks because the floors were so dirty. Second issue, the tub in the guest room. My sister reported mold/stains on the bath curtain. I did not witness this myself but she voiced this concern. Lastly, as we cleaned the home before leaving, we found a prior guest’s clothing 🤮. The worst of the entire cleaning situation were the fact that we had nasty dirty dishes left in the dish washer with food still attached to them. The smell was horrific! I don’t even know if I started the dishwasher. 🫤

Everything was great! We had an ant problem the first night and they sent someone out immediately.

If I had to choose all over again, I would most definitely choose Kevin's place and recommend it to everyone.

The property was very nice and clean. It’s convenient to all the shopping places. Very close to Tropic Waterpark and the beaches
