This place was very clean and perfect location for our trip! Would stay here again.

Stay was great! Driving in was definitely a little confusing just because there is little light. But, if you come in during daylight hours (as the hosts recommend), you should be fine! The house was perfect and the neighborhood was so walkable! We loved going to the beach and walking on the trails in the morning.

Great location, just hard to find when you plug the address into the GPS. very quaint, quiet spot. You feel very safe and are 5-10 mins from downtown Fairhope.

Street is a little dark at night but cottage is clean and comfy. Location was great-close to everything.

Every year I travel to Fairhope with my family, and we book an Airbnb. Paula's place was in the exact location we needed, and it met our needs. The place was accurate to the description, clean, and Paula's communication was outstanding. On our first night there, a pipe burst in the bathroom with water leaking all the way to the middle of the living room. My family and I stayed up all night drying it, removing rugs, moving furniture and treating it like it was our own place. Paula's team sent plumbers asap, which we appreciated, and Paula was fantastic during this time making sure we had what we needed. However, a different owner of the cabin was not friendly or accommodating at all. He burst into the place unannounced and was rude. We went above and beyond as renters to make sure his place was taken care of, and he could not have given us a colder shoulder. Additionally, we were only refunded $105 dollars for the inconvenience, which was disappointing.

Great place to stay. Close to town. Plenty of space inside of the home. Finding the location was very challenging. Phone gps first took us to a locked gate and then on to private property, but eventually we found it and it was great after that! Very clean and great layout. There were also plenty of towels and wash cloths which is always helpful with a young kids! Would definitely come back!

Paula’s home was cozy and comfortable!!! It was convenient to restaurants and shops. We will definitely make a return visit!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was the perfect place to relax and recharge between events.

This property was in the "point clear" area, but unless you check in during the day, and can find your way without the assistance of GPS, you may struggle to find this cottage. It's far down a dirt road without any address or house markings. The pet fee is not included in what you see on airbnb, so be prepared to be charged after you book this place. This property is managed by a rental company, so in addition to booking through airbnb, you will have to call and email the rental company to confirm the booking and sign their additional pet agreements. The screened in porch furniture is rusted and overall very dusty. The master shower head and drain are also rusted with visible hair from the previous guests. And finally, the cleaning crew showed up as we were checking out. They sat in their vehicle next to our car and watched us load our luggage and leave. Very unprofessional and awkward experience from beginning to end.

Great spot!

Great place. Walking distance to one of the best fine dining restaurants in the area and short distance to other great establishments. About a 10 minute, scenic drive to downtown. Also, quick access to a very direct route to Orange beach for a day trip. Unit is great and manager of the property is very accessible and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Family house three miles down on the Bay so it was all about location ... Walking distance to the Grand Hotel ... Very private atmosphere

Overall I was very happy with my stay and property. The bathrooms could use some updating and the shower curtains had a little mold/mildew. Other than that the property was great and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect match for the wedding weekend. We were able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the house in the morning and quiet time in the evening

The house was in great location and was easy to find! However it had an odor, the upstairs carpets were quite stained and dirty. Wouldn’t walk barefoot on them. Would be a great place if it is cleaned up a bit.
