Beautiful home and great access to the best beach. Kevin was very responsive and we look forward to staying again.

Pelican Perch worked perfect for our group of 3 adults and 7 kids. The open floor plan was nice for the big group. Pools and Ocean were just a short walk. Pool was chilly but it was early spring and not heated. Darts, table tennis and bean bag toss games were a nice addition for when the weather wasn’t great. Overall we had a great time and a great stay.
